All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Domestic Shipping
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment. Once your package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of Torrie Belle's control.

Lost, Delayed, or Misdelivered Packages
If tracking indicates that your package may be lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address, please contact USPS to initiate a claim or service request. Please keep your claim or reference number, as it may be needed for Torrie Belle to assist with next steps.

International Shipping
International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier delays.
