All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.

Delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of Torrie Belle's control.

If tracking indicates that your package may be lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address, please contact USPS to initiate a claim or service request. Keep your claim or reference number, as it may be needed for Torrie Belle to assist with next steps.

International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier delays.

Do items get restocked?

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

Eligible regular-priced merchandise may be returned for store credit only when a return is requested within 5 days of confirmed delivery and all return requirements are met.

All sale, clearance, promotional, and TB Closet Reset merchandise is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
