Regular-Priced Merchandise
Eligible regular-priced items may be returned for store credit only. To request a return, please contact Torrie Belle within 5 days of confirmed delivery of your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for store credit.

Final Sale Merchandise
All sale, clearance, promotional, and TB Closet Reset merchandise is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

For hygiene reasons, certain items may also be considered final sale where applicable.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item was received damaged or an incorrect item was sent. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact Torrie Belle as soon as possible after delivery so we can review the issue and assist you.
